The people of Manah Al-Arafa, north of Taif, are asking the Health Affairs in Taif to establish a health center to serve the area, to alleviate the suffering they incur while visiting the nearest health center in Al-Hawiyah. Nawaf Al-Otaibi said: We suffer from incurring the trouble of going to the health center in Al-Hawiyah. Saif Al-Mutairi and Hadi Thawab agree with him, and they hope to establish a health center that will serve the people, noting that they are in dire need of health services, especially since “Mana Al-Arafah” is on the Riyadh highway, through which thousands of travelers pass from inside and outside the Kingdom, and the establishment of the health center alleviates the suffering of the people visitors and passers-by.

Hadi Thawab says: We suffer the trouble of the road to the nearest health center in Hawiyah to receive treatment, and we are forced, despite the suffering of the road, to wait in the crowded health center in Hawiyah. This opinion is shared by Saif Al-Mutairi and Jamil Atallah, who added that Al-Arafa has a high population density and needs a stance from the concerned authorities to establish the center. Asking with others: Why is the health center not established on the allocated land?
