An Italian cat caused a 50-minute delay in the take-off of a Middle East Airlines flight from Rafic Hariri International Airport in the Lebanese capital, Beirut. And according to the National News Agency (Saturday), the cat, which belonged to an Italian woman, escaped from its cage during the final checks by the airport’s devices, and while the woman and her husband went to the cabin of the plane, she learned about it, so they went down again to the hall, to help the workers search for the cat in the luggage hangers. attached to the indoor halls, and after more than 50 minutes had passed, they found it in the electronics hold that was not intended for locks for traveling animals, and airport officials quickly returned the cat to the traveler, who expressed her happiness at having her cat back. And she preferred to take her with her in the cabin of the plane, which remained crouched on the grounds of the airport until the passenger and her cat boarded, and then took off to continue her flight to the Italian capital.
