Pattaya police report that a 59 year old Australian man was found dead yesterday in an apparent suicide. He was found inside an apartment with a plastic bag over his head. The bag was fastened with a cable tie around his neck.
The body, identified as Andrew George Tomlinson, was found on the bed of his room on the fourth floor of a condo. He was wearing a T-shirt and underwear and had a green plastic bag covering his head, with a zip tie fastened around his neck. His hands were also tied with a plastic cable tie. Police found no bruises on his body or any signs of a struggle.
