The New York City Council has hired a professional rodent control manager with a handsome salary of more than $155,000 a year.
And Mayor Eric Adams announced (Wednesday) the hiring of Kathleen Corradi (34 years), who was a teacher in an elementary school, as director of rat control in New York, which suffers from an unprecedented spread of rodents.
Corradi became the first citywide manager to oversee a dedicated team of rodent experts to tackle the problem of rats that have become a nuisance to New Yorkers.
