Roger Chandler Death – Cause Of Death: The city of Arcadia mourns the sudden and unexpected passing of council member Roger Chandler on Friday 12th November 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by family and loved ones who shared memories with him before his passing.

Roger Chandler was a longtime resident of Arcadia who spent 40 years of his life in Arcadia, he labored for the Arcadia City Council for almost 24 years. Roger served with the Los Angeles County Sherriff’s Department with importance for 24 years. After his retirement from the Sheriff’s Department he became Chief of Police of the Los Angeles City Housing Authority in the year 1994, and then founded the City of Hawaiian Gardens Police Department.

He dedicated his life to serving Arcadia, he was a great councilman who had the interest of the people of Arcadia at heart. His legacy will live on. Our sincerest condolence is with the family, friends, and the entire people of Arcadia. Roger Chandler’s obituary will be announced by his family at a suitable time.
