There comes a point in everyone’s life when the realisation that self made immaturity is worse than savagery.
When the voice of conscience echoes from deep within an enlightened mind,
When a vivid role one can play in the scheme of societal development becomes a constant desire,
When the need to impact positively on society becomes vital to living sucexfully.

National development is rudimentary to wellbeing. Nations are not built through pessimism, they are built through dedication to
‘something’
something cherished among enlightened minds, Something that sparks off integrity and virtues within noble minds.
There are over a 150million minds in Nigeria…………… I don’t know how many of us are dedicated to growing our nation from where it is to a better position that she will be respected among the respectful. But I know that ‘you ‘ reading this have a inclination to make things better, maybe not at the national level but at the personal level…………… Even at that cheers to you cos not everyone will lead from the top. Infact leading from elected offices may not actually count much when the hierarchy of leadership is taken into consideration from a deeper perspective

through personal effort in becoming the best we can at all times. Every one of us is a leader in our own capacity as elder sibling, friends, neighbours, colleague, associate and on other capacity we are in. This is because the way we lead our lives points a beam to many others out there, many may be watching from afar, imitating how you do things,
your attitude, your disposition,
and your intention.
They do so they can/will learn from you- that is leadership.
Leadership as a sacred process starts in self leadership…..that’s pointing the way for the man in the mirror,
learning lessons from the school of his past, adjusting needs desires and intention to create for a better him/her.
To lead other, first you must lead yourself,
lead yourself into the right path of life,
lead yourself into a well defined career,
lead the self into a greater future,
lead the self to implement principles and disciplines as a result of the lessons of life learnt from the school of the past, the school we may never graduate from sinse life is a school with unending lessons where every experience and person we met is a teacher and a molded of who we will ultimately become….meaning that no lessons or experience is insignificant in refining/redefining us into the ‘Golden man’ we aspire to be.
I believe we can build a greater nation especially as many minds awaken to the urgent need before us as we stand on the threshold of a new era.
