UPDATE at 6:50PM: The victim is 46-year-old Benny Flannery.

MAN FOUND SHOT & KILLED AT APARTMENT COMPLEX : Batesville PD on scene at Canterbury Apartments after several 911 calls regarding a “violent domestic” situation. One man found dead of apparent gunshot wound. Police questioning people who were at the apartment. I am getting as much info as I can, but officers are busy gathering evidence. The Chief says, “there’s no immediate danger to the public” and he will update this afternoon.
