Joe Czub Death – Cause of Death : On Sunday, November 14, a 48-year-old Joseph A. Czub of Niskayuna, graduate of Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School, class of ’91, succumbed to the injuries he got from a fatal accident. Joe was an outdoorsman who loved to hunt, boat, and snowmobile. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
Joseph was the son of James and Gloria (Rigali) Czub of Burnt Hills, New York, and the husband of Tracy (Pischel) Czub. He worked as an automobile repair technician with his dad at the family business, Jim’s Sunoco, and was later worked for 18 years as a mechanic at Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District’s transportation department and prior to his death, he was the Director of Transportation.
According to investigation, the Director of Transportation died in a fatal accident that happened in his house at Saratoga County. It was not stated what caused the accident. Authorities are still running preliminary investigations on the cause of the accident. The result will be released shortly.

Townley & Wheeler Funeral Home released information regarding his funeral on their Facebook page stating, ” …Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Saturday, November 20, 2021, from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Townley & Wheeler Funeral Home, 21 Midline Road, Ballston Lake, NY. A service of remembrance will follow at 4:00 PM. Those who wish to make memorial donation, please donate to any animal charity of your choice.”
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the accident.
