Reflexology is  a massage system that works to repair the body nervous system. It does this first by eliminating toxins from the body and strengthens the nervous system to begin the healing process.

The most effective healing system in the world is the healing mechanism of the body. Though our modern way of life has weakened our immune system to a point it cannot do its work properly.

When the body immune system is strong, it fights every incoming illness and neutralises them.

Reflexology boost the function of the immune system. For best result I combine reflexology and acupressure (acupressure is the hand version of acupuncture, it is the use of  hand pressure on those same spots where needle is used).

The strongest benefit of reflexology is that it eliminates toxins from the system. Once that is done, the body starts healing itself because the body has the most efficient healing system in the world second to none. Reflexology does this elimination by strengthening the body’s own system responsible for eliminating toxins, the lymphatic system.

Top on the list of toxins is stress, stress is the deadliest killer of our modern world. There are 3 kinds of stress, food intake toxins,physical and emotional.

The main reason we succumb to illness is when our immune system is down due to toxins or stress  and since modern life is not without some form of stress, our body’s healing mechanism fails when stress level is high.

1.7 ADVICE TO SPEED UP HEALING.

  1. A general fast (one day dry with fruits in the evening,3 days with fruits in the evening or one week) will jump-start the body to eliminate toxins. This i call a health fast, where you are allowed to drink water and eat only vegetables. If you can do without the vegetables, that will be excellent.

To do this

You can feed on fruits alone for this 3days or 1 week or you can eat only one light meal of cooked food.

  •  When you start feeling the need for more sleep, do not fight it, sleep more.

C- Sleep more at night, this is for those who spend late nights awake due to work or other reasons. The body heals itself more at night while asleep.

D- Totally abstain from or reduce to the bearest minimal things like alcohol, coffee, white sugar, too much bread,

1.8 WHAT REFLEXOLOGY WILL NOT DO.

  1. Reflexology does not promise instant relieve from health challenge. It is a process that is slow but deep in its effect. This massage system will not replace orthodox medical care. We do not and cannot advice you to stop any medication you are taking during or after your massage period.
  2.  As a form of treatment, refloxogist do not recommend patients to stop other forms of therapy. The decision to stop other forms of therapy will be decided by the patient himself if need be. And this is when sufficient improvement has taken place in your health.
  3.  Reflexology is a massage that works on the body nervous system by strengthening it and expels toxins from the body, toxins built up over the years, hence it is a gradual process that should be done over time for deep results.
  4.   Reflexologist do not diagnose ailment, we work based on what your medical doctor diagnosis. We can only suggest medical check up if pain persist in a particular area of the body even after months of massage.

1.9 POSSIBLE  SIDE EFFECT OF REFLEXOLOGY  AFTER MULTIPLE MASSAGE SESSIONS.

A- You will notice increased urination. This is because your body has started eliminating more toxins.

B- Your urine may smell worse than it used to, this is because of the presence of increased toxin.

C- You will also notice worse smell of your toilet.

D- You may sweat more often; this is because your body is seeking for multiple ways to expel toxins as a result of increased healing activity.

E- You may feel tired always and have a deep urge to sleep even during the day. You may also find that you yawn often.

F- You will notice increase sleep, you will feel sleepy earlier and want to wake up later then you used. This is due to the more relaxed nerves.

 2.1 MASSAGE PLANS

All massage plans start with the basic detoxification process, this detoxification lasts for 3 months of 2 or 3  massage sessions a week. The basic detoxification  is the beginning of health restoration, for minor issues, you can get total health within this three months and if you can massage yourself before the end of the 3 months time, you will no longer need me to come massage you except occasionally when you need a professional touch.

A: Basic massage plan ( Once a week massage)

This plan is for people with mild health challenges such as general body pain, sleepless night (insomnia), back or waist pain. This plan is also good for those who want to massage as a way to relax the body and mind. The benefit is that they will build a stronger immune system and drain their body of  work stress or other forms of stress.

B: Basic detoxification plan (2 or 3 sessions massage a week for 3 months )

This plan is for those with degenerative health challenges such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, hormonal imbalance,organ problem like kidney stone, liver problem and any other organ. This can also be done for enhanced beauty and youthful look.

Basic plan is twice weekly but for faster result,3 times weekly is recommended.

C: Health Recovery (3 massage sessions a week)

3 sessions a week for 3 or 6 months.

After this 3 months period, you can come down to 2 massage sessions per week for a few months then once a week for a few months and finally quit when your healt improves sufficiently.

  As a general rule, the massage therapy works best when you eliminate alcohol and smoking from your system. This will allow the body absorb the massage and ignite the healing process.

2.2 GENERAL GUIDE FOR MASSAGE SESSIONS.

The massage session is a non invasive massage, there are points located all over the body, if you are not comfortable to be massaged on any part of your body,indicate so that area will be avoided.
