Carol Aguirre, 68, was run over and killed by a Caterpillar tractor Monday morning while she was sleeping on the #beach at Oceanside Harbor at 1200 block of North Pacific Street.
The homeless woman had been lying on the sand about 10 a.m. when a Caterpillar tractor operated by Manson Construction Co. crushed her as it conducted work on behalf of the city of #Oceanside.
