Cedarwood Court is in good location, and it is not in a buy and wait for development location. With a functional security men at the estate entrance, one can actually build on their plots and start living immediately. The estate is almost bordered by Lagos Lagoon by the north. The land was waterlogged but has been sand-filled.
According to information we found on Pwan Plus official website at the time of this post, the estate doesn’t have a C of O. Available land titles are a registered survey, deed of assignment, government approved layout, and government approved excision. A plot size of 600sqm is N15 million for outright purchase or payment within 3months while 12 months installment is N18 million with an initial deposit of N1 million.
