It is a bit of sad news to Chancelor Jonathan a.k,a Chance the Rapper‘s Los Angeles fans as the rapper unexpected announced that the show scheduled January 16, 2020 is not going to happen anymore.

Chance the Rapper cancels his L.A show in an apologetic video shared through his Instagram account.

The 26-year-old Chicago rapper gave reasons to why LA show is cancelled.

“The L.A. show scheduled for 2020 is not happening due to a radius clause,” a shirtless Chance says in the video clip. “Basically, when I rescheduled my tour to spend more time with the family, I scheduled a date that isn’t actually doable because I have a different L.A. play. My L.A. show is now Rolling Loud fest at the end of 2019.”

Jonathan will be performing at the Rolling Loud concert on Dec. 14 in L.A. The two-day Rolling Loud, to be held at L.A.’s Banc of California Stadium and Exposition Park, will also feature performances by Lil Uzi Vert, Future and A$AP Rocky.

In his video announcement, Chance apologized to L.A. fans for canceling the show and assured them he is working to reschedule the date in 2020. Watch it below.
