David Rowan Death – Cause of Death – On Thursday afternoon, 2nd of December 2021, 66-year-old David Rowan, was found dead at the Rutherford County parking garage, according to Murfreesboro Police Department. Initially, investigators believed Rowan died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. The police found Rowan was in his car on the second floor of the garage.
The victim died from a single gunshot wound, and no foul play is suspected in his death. According to News4 Nashville, Rowan was a Milton Florida pastor accused of sexually assaulting two teens in Rutherford County. He was also a guest speaker at a church in the area when he assaulted a 14-year-old and 15-year-old victims looking up to him for spiritual guidance, News4 Nashville added.
In review of police reports, Rowan was on trial for those charges but there was no verdict at his death. Rowan’s death is an ongoing investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division.
