Former B-C …N-D-P…M-L-A — Ed Conroy — has died. Conry was first elected as the MLA for Rossland-Trail in 1991. Since 2005 his wife, Katrine Conroy has served as NDP MLA for the area and is currently the minister for children and family development.

Ed Conroy ,a minister who served in a former BC NDP government has died.The NDP B.C. Government Caucus says in a news release that Conroy, who was 73, died Friday of natural causes. His wife is Katrine Conroy is currently BC’s Minister for Children and Family Development.
