Edilberto Miguel Palaez Moctezuma Death – Cause of Death – 25 year old Edilberto Miguel Palaez Moctezuma, of Pennsylvania, died after being struck by a stray bullet while eating dinner with his family on Thanksgiving Day. The suspect has been identified as 19 year old Kevon Clarke, from Norristown, and a warrant for his arrest has been issued. Reports says that Edilberto was eating dinner at his family house in Norristown, just outside of Philadelphia, when the bullet entered through a window and struck him in the torso. When the police got to the scene, they found Moctezuma was unresponsive and he was later pronounced dead after being taken to a hospital.
Clarke is wanted for the murder of Edilberto that happened on Thursday, 25th of November 2021. Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office said in a release that they traced the bullet that killed Moctezuma back to the location of shooting, where they found seven other projectiles. Clarke faces charges of first-degree murder, third-degree murder, person not to possess a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license, recklessly endangering another person, and possessing an instrument of crime.
