Friends and family pay tribute to former Hall County EMS Director David Eads
David Eads Death – Cause of Death : Authorities have identified the former Hall County EMS director, David Eads as the Paramedic that died in Hunt County ambulance collision.
According to Dr. Yagnesh Desai, the medical director for UT Health East Texas EMS said, “David was the kind of medic who had the perfect balance of competency and compassion.”
According to report, The Paramedic and his wife were involved in the crash that claimed the man’s life and inflicted serious injuries on his wife. The cause of the accident was not stated by the officials.
Memphis Police Department has paid their tribute on Facebook to the deceased saying that David Eads was a great comrade and great human being. It was stated that their hearts are full of sadness following the death of one of the members. “It is with a heavy heart and great sadness to hear of the sudden, unexpected passing of former Hall County EMS director, David Eads. Words cannot justify or express the sorrow and heartache that we at Memphis PD feel. Great comrade and great human being.
Our heartfelt condolences are with Vicky and the kids, and the extended family and friends of David. Rest easy and god speed David!!”
CHRISTUS EMS’s tribute to EMS Paramedic David Eads reads, “Our heartfelt condolences go out to the family and friends of UT Health East Texas – EMS Paramedic David Eads who lost his life in an ambulance collision last evening. We also pray for the recovery of his partner who was seriously injured. To all the men and women of UT Health EMS, we are so sorry for your loss and the pain that you are enduring! We pray that you be blessed with the strength and resilience and that you are able to lean on one another during this time.”
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the accident.
