Council member Major General Ali bin Muhammad Al-Tamimi considered Riyadh a meeting point for Gulf and Arab leaders and politicians in three important global summits, including the Saudi-American summit, the Gulf-American summit and the Islamic-American summit, stressing that the Saudi diplomatic movement is behind activating and revitalizing the American movement to maintain security and stability.
