Nadrian Seeman Death – Cause Of Death: American nanotechnologist who was known as Father of DNA nanotechnology Nadrian Seeman has passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Tuesday 16th November 2021 at the age of 75. Nadrian Seeman’s cause of death has not been released by his family.

Nadrian Seeman was born on December 16 in the year 1945. Seeman was a graduate of biochemistry from the University of Chicago and also an alumnus of crystallography from the University of Pittsburgh He was a lecturer at the State University of New York at Albany, he also lectured at the Department of Chemistry at New York University in the year 1988.

He was best known for inventing DNA nanotechnology, he gained so many awards some of which include the Kavli Prize in Nanoscience in the year 2021 and then the Benjamin Franklin Medal in Chemistry in the year 2016. He will be forever remembered for his immense contribution to material science and nanotechnology. Nadrian Seeman’s obituary will be announced by his family in due time.

Friends, family, and colleagues have taken to social media to pay tributes to the renowned scientist. Debesh Mandal says “RIP to Nadrian Seeman (I only just learned that it was he who invented the field of DNA Nanotechnology) the godfather of one of the most interesting areas of science – keep an eye on the space and when it is the subject of a Nobel prize, remember his name”
