The Entertainment Authority launched the “King of Oud” competition for the first time in Saudi Arabia, as part of the Riyadh season. The head of the commission, Turki Al-Sheikh, revealed the details of the competition through a video he posted on his Twitter account, which allows anyone in the world to participate by sending a clip in which he plays the oud. The competition will be held on January 4 and 5 at the Abu Bakr Salem Theater on Riyadh Boulevard, with clips sent to select the title holder. This comes at a time when the authority changed the official account of the Riyadh season on the Twitter site to become "Riyadh Winter", which is the name that will be dealt with when announcing any party in 5 regions of the capital.
