Dan Hoban Death – Cause of Death – Dan Hoban was confirmed dead in a tweet made on the 15th of November 2021 by Castlebar Mitchels GAA. Dan Hoban was a dedicated GAA man and in the 1950s and 1960s. he played with Castlebar Mitchels.
Circumstances which led to the passing of Dan Hoban has not been disclosed to the public. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. We extend our condolences. According to a post made on the 15th of November 2021 by Sharon; “Funeral arrangements for Dan Hoban, Newport, Co Mayo: Dan will be reposing at St Dominic’s Funeral Home, Main Street, Newport, Co Mayo, on Wed 17 Nov, from 5pm – 8pm. Funeral Mass in Newport Church on Thursday, 18 Nov at 12noon. Burial after Mass in Burrishoole Cemetery. RIP”
Castlebar Mitchels GAA said in a Twitter post; “We are saddened to learn of the death of Dan Hoban RIP. Dan was a very staunch GAA man and played with Castlebar Mitchels in the 1950s and 1960s. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.”
