Dr. Richard Gowen Death – Cause Of Death: Former Dakota Mines President Dr. Richard Gowen has passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Friday 12th November 2021 at the age of 86 after a courageous battle with illness, leaving friends and family in great agony. No cause of death has been known to us at the time of this report.
Richard Gowen was a longtime president of the South Dakota School of Mines who served between 1987 to 2003. He was a determined and dedicated man, who lead Dakota Mines with love and great intentions. He was treasured by his family, friends and the South Dakota School of Mines as a whole.
He will be remembered for his generosity and cheerfulness, he will be missed by all who loved and cherish him. Our sincere condolence ae with the family and frends of the departed. Richard Gowen obituary will be announced by his family in no time.
