John Luxon Death – Cause Of Death: Former New Zealand National Party member of parliament and minister John Luxon has passed away suddenly and unpredictably on Tuesday 16th November 2021 at the age of 75 after a long battle with illness at Wellington NZ.
John was born in Morrinsville on 14 September in the year 1946 to a dairy farmer and MP f New Zealand Jack Luxon, Luxton attended Hamilton Boys’ High School and further went to study at Massey University where he obtained (BAgSc, DipAgSc, DipBusSc, MMgt). In the year 1987 Luxton was first elected to Parliament as the MP for Matamata, succeeding his father Jack Luxton who from 1966 held the Piako electorate then Matamata for 21 years. He was a great leader in the agricultural sector.
John gave 15 years of incredible service to the New Zealand community and to the National Party. As well as many more as the chairman of DairyNZ and amongst the farming community. He will be remembered for his dedication, loyalty, and tireless commitment. He was an incredibly thoughtful, considerate, and respectful leader who contributed so much to the national party. John Luxton’s obituary will be released by his family in due time.
