How many people would be exercising and eating right each and everyday of their lives?Now take that concept, and extend the time to when we get a horrible disease to say 4.8 months, or 4.8 years, or 48 years. It gets scary here, as we have moved past an imaginary concept. We are hitting a harsh reality that is facing our society. More to the point, that is facing You (and me).
