Take action. Again I mean big action, life changing action even if it is scary. This is OK too because you must find someone or something that will move you towards your goal and keep you at it! I did three things I joined a gym and got a trainer to work out a fitness plan for me that I could work at. I got a course on nutrition and healthy eating and I followed it. A video based training course that many others had had success with. Finally I told people what I was doing and how I was going to track progress.Work at it and enjoy the journey and your success along the way. Measure and celebrate your progress by sharing it with friends. Some people write a blog as a way of sharing their journey.
So that is exactly what I did and I have had a great year and a half since I started.Well was I successful, I hear you say? Yes of course I have been successful I have lost over 45lbs, my cholesterol is normal, my blood pressure is normal, my waistline has dropped by 10inches, I feel fit and a lot healthier. I really enjoy my foods and they are all very nutritious and very tasty. I am really pleased with my progress and I still go to the gym a couple of times a week just to keep toned.
