In my opinion this update is the best ever. I’ve not pkked for RuneScape Gold a while. I’ve done lots of Pjing. It’s my preferred way of playing and I purchased claws specifically for this purpose. (Ok, so it also was cool to look at when it was a full dragon). I did sell them on the day before however at the lowest price.
Now if you want an items crazy high bonus to str or whatever you must be willing to risk the items worth and you’re guaranteed to get it that you will die. Pking is meant to be dangerous anyway. It isn’t intended to be a spec-and- run sport. This is the way I was playing. It’s about honor fights.
Buying sharks, and the best food for staying alive, and hoping you won’t end up dying. Dragon weapons will soon dominate the world. Watch out for how fast they rise. While people will likely still be 76k, look at how few PJers are on PvP realms. Everyone is gone. The pkers and pures are still around, but they are gone. No one is going to put their most valuable items at risk and if they do feel free to jump in there and steal everything from them.
I think it’s the best idea according to me. I can use the 5 runs of runes in my bank to pk as well as the dragon scimitars as well as dds’s that I own. I’m planning to be able to properly pk since I’m unlikely to get 1 or 2 struck by ags or D claw specs that could be able to hit my maximum hitpoints, and if someone wants to use claws on me I’d rather they don’t get killed.
