Jack Lieberman Death – Dead: A great loss was made known to InsideEko. As friends and families of the deceased are mourning the passing of their loved and cherished Jack Lieberman.
Having heard about this great loss, the family of this individual is passing through pains, mourning the unexpected passing of their beloved.
This departure was confirmed through social media posts made by Twitter users who pour out tributes, and condolences to the family of the deceased.
A big guy with a big heart has passed away. Jack Lieberman lost his battle with the Covid-19 virus on August 30, 2020. One of the founding members of the Save Greynolds Park Committee and someone who spoke up for those not being heard locally, Jack was a giant in our midst. He is a person who is irreplaceable. But, in his name, we will fight on. R.I.P., Jack. Deepest condolences to his family and to the thousands whom he touched.
Farewell to our beloved Jack Lieberman, who passed away today from coronavirus.
His death was entirely preventable and caused by the very elected officials he fought so hard to keep out of office.
We will miss seeing Jack, his smile, his hugs, and his table of one-of-a-kind progressive shirts at every event.
COVID-19 has taken a man from our community who was an indefatigable fighter for the dignity and rights of all people.
Today we learned of the passing of a past Temple Israel member and TI social action leader, Jack Lieberman.
Past President of Temple Israel, Joan Schaeffer remembers, “Jack Lieberman was a leader in Social Justice issues and a great advocate. He led the Social Justice Committee at Temple Israel of Greater Miami and kept us informed and current. We always knew what was important when Jack was involved.”
If there was a protest or action locally in the past fifty years Jack was there and in the front. He led loudly and yet with empathy. He will be missed but the work he was passionate about and committed to continues.
