Among those who lost their lives was 9-year-old Janari Ricks, who was shot and killed at 6:45 p.m. Friday while playing outside the Cabrini Rowhouses in the 900 block of North Cambridge Avenue.No one was in custody in the shooting as of Sunday afternoon.

Janari Ricks, a 9-year-old black kid, was shot and killed in Chicago on the weekend. Incidents like this happen at a significantly higher frequency than the rare Minneapolis incident. BLM is not applicable here because of politics and you kneel because of politics.
