John Lovelett Death: John Lovelett, 49-year-old, of a resident of Rye, New York since 2019, and the owner of Bar’Lees passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 24, 2021.
“Bar’Lees is the premiere wine bar, live music, and small plates restaurant in the Mamaroneck area. We offer a variety of shareable small plate fare along with a wonderful selection of gourmet pizzas and fresh salads.
Born John Michael Lovelett, in Peekskill on January 27, 1972, to Marie and Jon Lovelett of Beacon, he attended St. Mary School in Fishkill, Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Poughkeepsie, and Fairfield University in Connecticut. He is a native of Beacon, NY, before moving to Rye, New York in 2009. He had a successful career in Financial Product Development and was the owner of Bar’Lees in Mamaroneck, NY. He is survived by his parents, Marie and Jon Lovelett, his sisters, Angela Lovelett-Deldin, Janet Quatrochi, Domenica Haines, and Mary Alice Lovelett, nieces, nephews, as well as many other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 28, 2021, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm at McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc. 1089 Main Street FISHKILL, NY 12524. Service will be held on Monday, November 29, 2021, at 10:30, am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church 106 Jackson Street FISHKILL, NY 12524 Interment will be held on Monday, November 29, 2021, 11:30 am at Fishkill Rural Cemetery 801 Route 9 FISHKILL, NY 12524.
