Jon Ian was always so kind when I worked with him in the @NWA in the 2008-2011 era.
So sorry to hear of his passing. He was so driven and full of ideas. He had this laugh and infectious personalty that you always wanted to be around.

Terrible news out of SoCal regarding a gentleman who had been around the wrestling scene for a long time. Jon Ian was very well liked by all of us who crossed paths with him, and those who knew him through his announcing. My thoughts are with Jon, his family, friends and fans 😔 https://t.co/r989FnHV9x

Sad to hear about the passing of Jon Ian. One of the best ring announcers to hold a mic, one of the kindest people I have ever met and one of the most loving individuals to ever exist. From PWG to Mach1 to CWFH this is a great loss.
Rest In Power Sir.
