The Director General of the Jordan Tourism Promotion Authority, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Arabiyat, revealed to Okaz that they had prepared a plan to attract tourists from abroad, especially medical tourism, and initially identified 10 countries, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with which they will open immediately after obtaining approvals from the competent authorities.
Arabiyat pointed out that Saudi Arabia is one of the most important countries in medical tourism in Jordan, pointing out that within 5 days, procedures related to attracting tourists from the Gulf, specifically from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, will be announced.
He added, "The medical tourism will also be announced for Saudi patients who are being treated in Jordan, and there will be special protocols for receiving them."
