When two people were killed in a Carmel neighborhood Monday morning, it was the result of what police are calling a “domestic situation” that occurred prior to the “suspect threatening suicide.”
The suspect has been identified as Julio Cesar Virula. One of the victims is Taylor Leigh Cox. Cox and Virula both died. The other person injured is a 66-year-old woman. Police did not give her name.
