Kathy Smith Death – Cause Of Death: 56-year-old Kathy Smith was shot to death by her neighbor on Thursday 25th November 2021 at about 1:30 p.m. Police responded to the shooting, on their arrival they found Kathy Smith with apparent gunshot wounds and was pronounced at the scene.
Police met her neighbor 48-year-old, Daniel James Moxley of North Carolina, at the scene of the shooting, he was taken into custody, after discussing with the Gaston County District Attorney’s Office, he was charged with first-degree murder.
The shooting is still under investigation as the reason behind the shooting have not been known
