Kevin Arbogast Death – Cause Of Death: CENTERVILLE, Iowa – 45-year-old Kevin Arbogast of Centerville has been identified by The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation as a man killed by officers in a gun battle that took place near the south-central Iowa town of Centerville on Sunday 21st November 2021.
Centerville police officer responded to the case of a domestic assault that happened in the 21000 block of 560th Street along the line two Centerville officers and an Appanoose County sheriff’s deputy engaged in an officer-involved shooting and Kevin was struck by the gunfire.
An investigation is still underway as the officers involved have been placed on critical incident leave.
