The Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office today identified the man who died during a confrontation with law enforcement Tuesday night in St. Cloud. The medical examiner said Kirby Joseph Michael Hengel, 27, no permanent address, died of multiple gunshot wounds.
The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating the officers’ use of deadly force.
