The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development launched the "immediate calculation" initiative for national labor in the developer's Nitaqat program for establishments located in the green zone that are committed to the wage protection program, starting from May 1, 2023.
This comes out of the Ministry's keenness to raise the rates of commitment to the wage protection program in the private sector establishments, and to raise the rates of Emiratisation in them and their organizational stability.
The initiative targets establishments that are committed to the Wage Protection Program for a period of more than six months, as well as those that have recently upgraded their scope to the green scope through the Developer Nitaqat Program.
The Wage Protection Program and the Nitaqat Developer Program are among the most important pillars of the Ministry's strategic transformation, which is in line with the labor market strategy aimed at developing the market and raising its efficiency, through the commitment of establishments to pay wages at the value and time specified by the system, and to provide decent and attractive jobs for male and female citizens and increase their participation in the labor market and achieve the objectives Saudi Vision 2030.
