Lavaughn Culbreath Death – Cause of Death – On Tuesday night, 23rd of November 2021, Lavaughn Culbreath, 29, died after been shot in southwest Philadelphia. The fatal shooting happened in the 6200 block of Woodland Avenue near South 62nd Street around 10:30 p.m.
Authorities received a report about a shooting and when they got to the scene, they discovered Lavaughn unresponsive on the bleeding trot. He had gunshot wounds to the head. Investigations led the police to believe that Lavaughn was someone who frequented the area where he was found dead.
Reports mentioned that there have been no arrests, and there is no reason at this time.
