Leadership is a never ending journey of self discorvery,as experiences in the school of life come our way,true leaders gain new knowledge from such experience, this is so since life is a school with unending knowledge and lessons to be learnt.
Each experience ushers in a vista for growth,growth motivated from the resolution arrived at after a proper analysis of what role those experience play for us individually.
Every experience has a vital role to play in our self development,also every experience has its unique meaning for us. The meaning we derive from an experience may be different from that of others even when we are both exposed to the same experience.
Just as two people who go see a movie will have diffrent understanding and experience from such movie. One person may like one of the actors while the other person may like another,still another person can invent a better way in which the movie could have ended yet another person will have had a wonderful time out watching a movie,without any stress of analysing whether one actor is good, bad, disliked or like.
Two people can also listern to a preacher,one will note everything that is wrong with the preacher,his fake voice or accent,his coat instead of a suit,how he lacks a good comand of english or that he is a woman beater hence everything he says is crap.
But the other person will gain much wisdom from the same teaching.
Yet another person may gain wisdom and still has a higher critism for the preacher.
When we look deeply,we find the real meaning which they have for us,we can use this to spur our search for meaning or the value we add to society.
From our unique understanding of life,we can be empowered to positively impact society and create values for posterity.
The ultimate aim of each person is to blossom that which is within,those who fail to do this never fully forgive themselves. They never forgive themselves cos nothing can fill the void which the lose of their soul brings. Self fulfillment is the sure judge which conscience stands as a support piller for.
Blossom your best but first,gain the required knowledge from the school of life.
Tumoro can be brighter than today if we all create values according to our highest cherished noble ideals,we can always replicate paradise according to the instruction bestowed on us.

Walk as a champion,talk as a champion,move with the zeal of a leader,move into life with the force of a leader. A true leader knows that he will triumph whatever comes his way,so you can triumph and blossom your best.

Your greatness is not dependent on a faulty government or a crude educational system or a morally insane society nor is it dependent on those who failed you. Life is full of failures else we have all achieve our noble dreams and the earth becomes a replica of paradise.
Human will always fail but the ultimate question is
” will you also fail yourself if others faail you”
I believe you will not but with the strength of a champion will inject your best into life.
Lets all believe in humanity once more.
