Sports jurist, Jacob Al-Mutairi, confirmed the right of Al-Hilal Club or other clubs to file a complaint with the Saudi Football Association, as this right is guaranteed to all clubs if they are subjected to injustice or robbed of their rights.
He said, in a statement to "Okaz", that clubs are also entitled to request to hear the talks of the arena referee and the referee of the mouse room, according to the new protocol of the Saudi Football Association.
However, Al-Mutairi stressed that whatever happens, the outcome of the match will not change and will remain the same without the possibility of modification, as the referee's decisions are considered final and cannot be changed.
