Life is a bed of Rose’s but not without thorns. However we must look to the Rose “of our aspiration” if we must overcome the thorns “of lifes challenges”,challenges which as actually meant to inspire and usher new petals from noble aspiration.
Also, Life is our greatest teacher,she knows best how to teach each of us the unique lessons we need so as to blossom our inner greatness. Due to our weakness some of us cannot learn via certain methods. Some of us can learn via books,some can learn via listening to teaching,some learn via practical experience and some learn via contemplation and analysis. The challenge here is that sometimes the wrong method is pushed down our throat ……we spill it out and never learn.
But life knows best hence she brings us certain experiences and or people that will teach us the lessons we need so as to grow. This implies that all experience we meet in life is important for our growth, even the one we say
“ why me ” has a unique role to play or lesson to teach us.
One funny thing is that when we fail to learn certain lessons,life throws us again into such ugly or nice situations for us to “think” and learn what is needed.
As leaders,our responsibility here is to decipher what role every experience plays our life.
Contemplation is key to this lifelong process.
