Mark Long, Lisa Long, Mahala Long and Samuel Long Death – Cause of Death – The four people found dead inside a Fort Wayne home Monday night, 29th of November 2021, has been identified as 50-year-old Mark Long, 45-year-old Lisa Long, 15-year-old Mahala Long and 20-year-old Samuel Long. According to police reports, Samuel shot and killed his parents, Mark and Lisa, along with his sister, Mahala. He then turned the gun on himself and shot and killed himself.
The incident took place at their home on Cook Road, near U.S. 33, around 9 p.m. on Monday. Allen County Sheriff’s Department said a fifth person inside the house, an elderly woman, hid in the bathroom during the shootings. The police said in a release that with the shooter dead, that makes it hard for investigators to determine the motive of the shooting.
Investigations are ongoing.
