Lydale Mitchell, Charlene Figueroa Death – Cause Of Death: SPRINGFIELD – 22-year-old Lydale Mitchell and 22-year-old Charlene Figueroa of Springfield have been identified by The Hampden District Attorney’s Office on Tuesday as victims of separate homicide in Springfield.
According to information, 22-year-old Lydale Mitchell was found with an apparent gunshot wound in a vehicle on Cuff Avenue in the city’s Liberty Heights neighborhood on Saturday 20th November 2021 at about 9 p.m. He was transported to a hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
22-year-old Charlene Figueroa was found on East Alvord Street in Forest Park with a gunshot wound inside a vehicle that smashed into another vehicle. She passed away on Sunday, November 2021 at about 3:30 a.m. An investigation is still ongoing as the suspect involved has not been located, and the motive behind the shooting has not been known.
