Hearing of Margaret Lynch’s passing is saddening. At least she got to hold her great grandchild but that lockdown has been going on longer than we ever expected when the film was broadcast in May shows the personal toll of #Covid in #IrelandLockdown .

My grandmother was also named Margaret and lived to 101 so Margaret Lynch reminded me very much of her. What a wonderful lady, so full of life and humour which came across so well when she was on Liveline. May she rest in peace and may her family cherish the great memories of her
