Martin King Death – Cause of Death – In reference to a tweet made by Steve Dixon Moss on the 18th of November 2021, Martin King has sadly passed away. Martin King worked and lived in Belgium near Antwerp where he spends his most of his time visiting European battlefields. His profile on Twitter revealed that King was the author of Hoolifan ( a story of Martin King and his 30 years of involvement with football hooliganism, particularly as a member of the notorious Chelsea Headhunters).
King was an Emmy Award winning British Military historian, author and lecturer. Reports says that King had the honor of reintroducing many US, British and German veterans to the WWII battlefields where they fought. King spoke and had a working knowledge of German Italian Dutch and French. He was a public speaker and a lecturer at many British and US colleges, universities and military bases throughout the world.
An article about King revealed that later in life, King accepted an invitation to work as a Presenter/Historical Consultant on the series ‘Narrow Escapes’ with Bafta Award winning documentary makers WMR. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. We extend our condolences.
