Michael Roskowick Death – 30-year-old Michael Roskowick has been identified as the victim of the Monday evening fatal shooting in North Hollywood.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, officials responded to shots fired report at the 11000 block of Huston Street, near Lankershim Boulevard, at approximately 7:05 p.m. Arriving officers located Roskowick suffering from life-threatening gunshot injuries in the driver seat of a parked Ford SUV. He was transported to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Preliminary investigations determined that the victim Roskowick was parked in the middle of the street, sitting in his seat when a suspected armed man approached and opened fire, striking him. The suspect fled the scene before police arrival and remains at large.
Investigators are working to identify a possible motive in the incident. A physical description of the possible suspect was provided by responding officers as a;
- A bald male,
- About 40 years of age
- About 5-feet-11-inches tall
- And about 230 pounds.
