A shooting in West Atkinson, Milwaukee, on Thursday night has left a 62-year-old man dead, authorities say.
The incident happened in the 2600 block of West Atkinson Avenue at about 8:30 p.m. Responding officers located the unknown man and administered CPR, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Milwaukee Police say another adult male, 28, was also found suffering from gunshot injuries. He was transported to the hospital in a stable condition.
After investigations, a 29-year-old man, of Milwaukee was arrested in connection to the incident. It is not immediately known if charges have been filed.
