Excellency is an art
We are not excellent until we have proved our self worthy. If a person that is like Fido dido or a person that looks like a kwashiorkor victim and he tells you he can lift 1000 kg (20 bags of cement). You would probably laugh him off but what if he goes on to lift the weight for you to see,most probably,you would then acknowledge his words as true. So also is life and us,life is the greatest teacher,life is a school with unending lessons where we learn through every experience,kind and ugly and each person we meet in life is our teacher and plays a role in shaping who we will ultimately become. By this,no experience is insignificant in our long walk of leadership,especially when we gain admission into the school of our past,a school we enter through contemplation and a desire to find out what every experience holds for us.
The fundamental things about the experiences of life is that they mold us into who we are meant to be,some of the experience we say “why me” are actually teachers.
What then is the excellency of it all.
Excellency implies repetition. In the course of our career life,we go through challenging path ,a path that tempts some to quit, excellency implies to hang on,look back at the experiences and glean the lesson they came to teach you then wake up tumoro a new person.

Why do we examine our life. We examine our self so we can become better by virtue of what we have learned.
The experiences on the path of your career is there to mold,build and or strengthen you to know better or do better, whether it is a bad boss at work,a lousy colleague,a nagging wife,a randy husband or a stubborn child,they are all there to teach you lessons.
Learn,learn and relearn the truth that is all written all over you,in your experience,in your job/6areer and in everything you do.
When you learn the lessons of experiences,you wake up the next day a better person armed with vital truth for the leadership journey of a thousand miles.
The fact that you have not reached your top is not because of the system,its because of you. Even in a recession,some people still make 7 digit monthly.
Greatness is a series of small things done repeatedly.
Sucexful people do daily what failures do occasionally.
Excellency is not an act but a habit.
Jump into the habit of building your career,spend a minimum of 5 minutes daily building your career,even if its doing it in your imagination,that is good,in fact
Your sucex is wholly dependent on you,faith is active imagination backed by right action and persistence will produce the desired result.
Your sucex is not dependent on what people think or say about you,people can only see their ignorance in you,your destiny is in your hands and you alone can awaken or activate it.
Do not allow reasons to tell you why you cant achieve it,allow result to tell you the truth. You are a person and you must have achieved result in some things you did in the past,if you achieved result in the past then you can reproduce it. Keep your flag flying,persist, “BE EXCELLENT” and watch as life follows you
The journey of a thousand miles begins with a step and it does not stop there,thousand miles of steps follow it.
Stay focused,be persistent,be diligent and your sucex will follow.
You can become the CEO,the COO,the Manager,the coach if you work hard enough.
Setbacks can be a time to rest but look to the future with greater zeal knowing that you will shine brighter every new tumoro.
Remember greatness is a doing small things in a unique way or doing big things in a better way. Choose your action,be persistent and let the sky be your springboard to sucex.
