Carla S. Balistreri Death – Cause of Death – Carla S. Balistreri who died peacefully in her home on Thursday night, 11th of November 2021. According to a Facebook post made by USAG Italy Vicenza Libraries, Balistreri was a committed and devoted MWR Library Technician for 34 years.
She started her career at the Sullivan Library in Mannheim, Germany before joining the USAG Italy Vicenza Libraries. Balistreri had just retired on the 31st of July 2021 before her unexpected demise.
Balistreri was a loving woman who was looking forward to spending time with her grandchildren, eating lunch with her dear friends, and playing Bingo. She was an amazing personality who will forever be missed by those who knew her. We are deeply devastated about the news of her death and we extend our deepest sympathies.
USAG Italy Vicenza Libraries wrote; “We are deeply saddened and shocked by the sudden passing of Mrs. Carla S. Balistreri who died peacefully in her home on Thursday night. She was a dedicated and devoted MWR Library Technician for 34 years who started her career at the Sullivan Library in Mannheim, Germany. Carla had just retired on 31 JUL 21 and was looking forward to spending time with her grandchildren, eating lunch with her dear friends, and playing Bingo. Her daughter and son arrived in Italy yesterday, we have reached out to them and will let you know of their plans. ❤️”
