The head of the Syrian National Renewal Movement, Obeida Nahas, confirmed that things will return to normal in the Arab region, and serious work will begin to besiege extremism, terrorism and the unjust aggression to which the peoples of the region, led by the Syrian people, were subjected, after Saudi Arabia hosted the first Arab-Islamic-American summit.

Nahas expressed his movement's welcome to the Kingdom's leadership role in defending the Arab and Islamic peoples, pointing out that the Riyadh summit was a real opportunity to establish an Arab-Islamic alliance that enjoys international respect, and to correct the policies that have weakened and exhausted our country (Syria) and our region.

He called on the Saudi leadership and Arab and Muslim leaders to continue their support for the rights of the Syrian people and place them at the top of their priorities.
