The National Housing Authority (NHC), represented by CEO Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati, received the digital government business license, which was issued by the Digital Government Authority within the third package of general interim licenses for five companies, in the presence of the Authority’s Governor, His Excellency Eng. Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Soyan, and a number of CEOs.
The National Housing Company obtained a digital government business license; To develop and operate a set of digital products and platforms that provide technical solutions to individuals and businesses, and the list includes “residential”, “rent”, “owners”, “white lands”, “sustainable construction” and “sorting real estate units”, in addition to “communal housing”. », which aims to provide all housing services and solutions that facilitate the customer’s journey in owning a home, and also develops innovative solutions that constitute an added value to serve stakeholders in the real estate market, and lead development to achieve financial sustainability and organize and facilitate procedures.
These licenses seek to raise the efficiency and quality of digital platforms, ensure business continuity, regulate property rights for government digital platforms and products, and govern the data sharing mechanism and the prices of services through which they are provided. In a way that contributes to improving the investment environment to support entrepreneurs, enhance partnership between the public and private sectors, and accelerate the growth of the digital economy, in order to achieve the strategic directions of the digital government.
It is noteworthy that the National Housing is the pioneer and enabler of the real estate supply system and the largest major developer of suburbs and residential communities that are characterized by quality of life and aims to increase the real estate supply, in the framework of its endeavor to contribute to achieving the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 by raising the proportion of residential ownership of Saudi families to 70%.
