Carolyn Cates, a lifelong resident of Hillsborough, North Carolina, attended Orange High School. She worked at CT/XRAY TECH at UNC Hospitals. Carolyn retired as the Director of the Orange County Board of Elections. She worked for Orange County for a long time. Carolyn remained in Orange County after retirement as my Business Manager and an organizing member of The Sheriff’s Office Citizen Organization (SOCO).
